The VIP points system at st897 is designed to be as straightforward as possible, so every gaming activity you do directly contributes to leveling up. No complex formulas, no hidden conditions.
Every bet you place — whether on Slots, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, or Sports Betting — automatically earns VIP points. Points are credited to your account within minutes of a round ending, so you can track your progress in real time.
Every IDR 10,000 wagered automatically earns 1 VIP point.
Every sports bet placed earns points with a multiplier based on your level.
Fish Shooting Games also contribute to VIP points and are great for players who are active every day.
St897 regularly runs 2x or 3x points events for select games during promotional periods.
More than just a title. Every ST897 VIP benefit is designed to deliver real value you can feel in your daily playing and transaction activity.
Weekly VIP cashback is calculated from your total play volume over 7 days, not just from losses. The higher your level, the greater the cashback percentage credited to your account every Monday.
Withdrawal requests from Gold VIP members and above enter a priority queue — meaning your winnings are processed faster, even during peak traffic hours.
VIP members enjoy daily withdrawal limits significantly higher than regular accounts, so you never need to split large transactions into multiple withdrawals.
Platinum and Diamond members get exclusive access to a priority CS team trained to handle premium member needs — shorter wait times, faster resolutions.
The Diamond level gives you access to a dedicated account manager focused solely on you — one direct contact who is responsive and fully understands the specific needs of your VIP account.
Exclusive tournament events open only to Platinum and Diamond members, featuring much larger prize pools and a limited field of competitors for a higher chance of winning.
If you've spent time playing across various online platforms, you've probably come across "VIP" programs that turn out to be little more than a label — a different name with no real benefits to show for it. At ST897, we built the VIP program with a different philosophy: every level must deliver concrete, tangible value that's felt directly in your day-to-day playing experience.
That's why VIP cashback at ST897 is calculated based on play volume, not just losses. That's why withdrawal limits for VIP members are genuinely and significantly different from regular accounts. And that's why we provide a dedicated account manager for Diamond members — not an empty title, but a real service you can contact directly.
One of the standout features of the st897 VIP program is full transparency in the points system. You can monitor your points accumulation in real time from your account dashboard, complete with a breakdown of which games the points came from and how many more points you need to reach the next level.
No hidden conditions that suddenly freeze your points. No point expiry that catches you off guard. st897 is committed to providing clear, easy-to-understand information about this VIP program to all members.
Once your accumulated points reach the next level's threshold, your VIP level upgrades automatically — no application or CS contact required. New benefits activate on the same day, including a higher cashback rate for that week.
This is different from many other platforms that require members to wait through a manual review process that can take days. At ST897, the system runs automatically and efficiently — respecting your time as a player.
St897 regularly updates and enriches VIP benefits based on feedback from the player community. Double points bonus events that let you level up faster, exclusive tournaments with ever-changing formats to keep things fresh, and annual loyalty rewards prepared as a genuine token of appreciation for dedicated members — all of this reflects st897's commitment to a VIP program that is never static, but continues to evolve alongside the needs of players in Indonesia.
A few experiences shared by loyal members who have personally benefited from the ST897 VIP program. These are the individual opinions of each user.
"Ever since I moved up to Gold, my weekly cashback has been noticeably significant. The biggest difference is the withdrawals — so much faster than before. Seriously, no empty promises."
"The exclusive VIP tournaments at Platinum have a completely different vibe — fewer participants, bigger prizes. The priority CS response time is lightning fast too."
"Having a personal account manager is a total game changer. There's someone who genuinely understands my account needs and can help right away whenever something comes up. The Diamond withdrawal limit is also incredibly generous — I've never had any issues."
